weigh in!
for weeks 11-12, i lost 3lbs..which isnt as much as i would like but its something! im still going for my goal of -23lbs (im at -19.6lbs) by thursday which gives me 4 more days..so i have to work realllllly hard to achieve it and im really hoping i do.

i made my goal for this weeek!!! woohoo! i lost 2.6 lbs and i am back on track with a total of -12lbs!!! my hard work paid off this week..so im going to keep up with it and get my next goal of -2lbs this week [:

sorry im so late, my internet has been acting up the past few days.
so i only lost .6lbs this week which doesnt surprise me because ive been focused on my finals and ive been stressing A LOT and not exercising enough. this puts me a little behind schedule so i need to work on gettting back on schedule this week and next. i HATE being behind in anything, so i have my motivation. so im looking for a total goal of -12lbs by saturday or -2.6 this week.

i lost 2.8 pounds this weekkkk [: that’s a total of 8.8 pounds. im a little ahead of schedule but im quite happy. my hard work is paying off [:

this week ive lost 1.8lbs. its not the complete 2 but im still on track with a total of 6 pounds in three weeks [:
im pretty confident that ill be losing the next two in a week because i HATE being behind schedule.
Weigh In #2 [small disappointment]
well its officially my second weigh in, and im not too pleased, but im not surprised. mothers day was horrible with all the food, and i wasnt exercising half of the week due to my foot, but there was still a small amount of progress made! i lost 0.4lbs. i know its not much, but im still on track towards my major goal. my total weight loss is 4.2 lbs in 2 weeks, so im right around where im supposed to be. hopefully i can start exercising soon and ill lose my next two pounds this week!
New Weigh in #1
i am VERY proud to say that in my first week of my new diet plan, i have lost 3.8 pounds [: my new diet and working harder really paid off!
3.8 is a lot for one week, so i dont want my hopes and expectations to get too high for the next weeks because my goal was originally 2lbs a week, but as long as i lose something im happy!
Weigh-In #2!
today when i went on that dreadful scale, i weighed the same as last week. im not disappointed though. i kept those two pounds off and im guna work harder to get even more off!!! wish me luck!!

i am glad to say that i have lost 2 lbs this week [: i was so excited when the scale gave me those pretty numbers. im well on my way to weight loss [:

so i am too ashamed to put up my actual weight, but every week (on Saturday) i will weigh myself and share what i have lost. soon enough i will post a chart to show the results i am dying to get.
