Exercise


I MUST exercise 6/7 days of the week, so this is what i plan to do: (not all in the same day ofcourse..that would be overkill)

-running (track work and street running)

-aerobics

-pilates

-strength training

-field hockey/softball practices

-step machine (small piece of exercise equipment that i have..it was like 30 bucks and you can put it infront of your tv so its easy to use)

there are so many different ways to exercise and you need to stay active to lose weight. on nowloss.com there are various exercises that can be done to target different parts of the body, and videos are provided to show how to do them.

i also heard about tae-bo on this website and apparently its a really great way to shed off the pounds. its an exercise video, and im in the process of getting it from the library to check it out.
