Hey there! I am 16 years old and have been over weight for a while. I’ve been trying to lose the weight for a while and nothing has worked. So i am going to try something new. every night i will record what i have eaten and how i exercised, and hopefully it will be a better motivation for me. I believe that i will be able to achieve my goal along with any one who believes. yes, it will be hard work, but it will be all worth it in the end [:

I exercise a lot and participate in school sports (field hockey and softball), so that is not so much the problem..its FOOD. i tend to eat wayy too much. So i am going to monitor what i eat on here and i am hoping it helps [:

as you can see, ive completed my goal in the time i wanted to, which makes me extremely happy. i encourage everyone out there to work hard to reach their goals too. good luck!
