Weight Loss chart


since i started a new plan, i need to make a new graph! it was too much work to maintain the other one so ill figure something different out, so for now ill just post my weight loss by week [:

week one: -3.8lbs

week two: -0.4lbs

week three: -1.8lbs

week four: -2.8lbs

week five: -0.6lbs

week six: -2.6lbs

week seven: -0.6lbs

weeks 8-10:  -4lbs

weeks 11-12: -3lbs

week 13: -3.4lbs

Total Loss: -23lbs
